16mm 'Lilla'

hi all.
I went to the Harrogate engineering exhibition earlier this year, there was a stand there with a 16mm 'Lila' and a few other bits and bobs including a cabbed quarry hunslet. The 'Lila' loco at that time was the prototype for their new range of kits that were to be released a few weeks later. I can't remember the name of the firm can anyone help?
