Does anybody have any experiences good or bad using wood infused PLA?
I want to print some wooden wine barrels and rather than painting them brown I thought I would use some wood infuse PLA.

Yes, I've used it in a very minor way for the handles of a couple of pickaxes and sledgehammers, as an experiment really, I only got a small sample length to try. Had no problem at all which surprised me. I just used my normal PLA settings, printed the handles split in half lengthways, flat on the bed to avoid the necessity for supports, then glued the two halves together.
Interestingly, as it printed there was a lovely smell of freshly sawn ( ie warm) wood!
Unfortunately I can't find them atm
but this very much enlarged detail extracted from a bigger picture, shows the end result.
