Radio controlling Ragleth

Post by Vapouriser » Tue Oct 23, 2012 2:56 pm

I m about to fit r/c to Ragleth but have 2 questions please. As the servos are only an inch away from the burner should I wrap them in something and I m sure the cables would melt in 1 minute. Also- how on earth do I get the tanks or whole body off? Cant see a screw or nut anywhere. Thanks.

Here is another link you may find useful:

To remove the cab on mine if you turn it on its back you will see some lock nuts (painted black on mine) undo those to remove the cab and tank assembly.

There are 3 on one side. Appear to be for gas tank and gas control though

fitting rc is something I plan to do, someone told me that those nuts hold the cab and tanks on - so maybe thats wrong. Looking at it there is also some small machine screws in the door way those would need undoing .

Hhhmmmm. Lubricator, gas control, other things! All go through the bodywork. I think its time to hold my breath, close my eyes -and start. I ll let you know how I get on.
