It's dual gauge 5" and 7 1/4", with full size signalling controlled by the lever frame from what was the Lancing Carriage Works signal cabin. You'll also see a Roundhouse 'Taliesin' and 'Blanche' running on the G Scale circuit in the video at the bottom of this post.

'Jingo' is based on a Kerr Stuart prototype, now my favourite of Dave's engines.
