Riverdale Locomotives
Riverdale Locomotives
At the AGM this year there was a company called Riverdale Locomotives who i had not heard of before. They offer kits to build coal fired engines based upon the Roundhouse Lady Anne and Billy, called Amy and Elke.
I was quite impressed by the finish of the display engines and took one of their leaflets.
Has anyone on here taken the plunge and ordered from them, what is the general opinion of these engines? I am aware that they do not carry any additional water on-board and use an enots valve, this does not particularly worry me as T.M.E's engines do not either and look at the demand for them.
Your thoughts please, regards Rob.

I'm not sure they do kits, only ready-to-run locos.taliesin:53925 wrote:They offer kits to build coal fired engines based upon the Roundhouse Lady Anne and Billy...

Ah yes, so they do, and they are mentioned on their web site. Must go to a well-known chain of High Street optometrists....
