HELP - I'M WARPED.............

............. or at least the new floor of my Director's Saloon is - not as bad as the first one, but bad enough. Anybody suggest how i can remove the bend??

I' d replace the floor what is it 4mm ply Have you the cutting equipment! I wouldnt try dewarping it. The floor keeps the whole coach together and so wants to be perfect once warped always prone to go the same way if you apply heat to it and put it in a press

I once had a similar problem. I got an oven shelf (I think thats what I used, or maybe a grill rack) on top of a large saucepan and steamed the ply. Then put it on a flat surface with some house bricks on top. Trouble is I can't remember how successful it was.....!

I usually steam it, then perhaps brace it so that it stays in the right shape once in use. Probably best to replace it though.

you could try strapping it to something flate and microwave safe and "rogering" it.
