I use the 7mm ngm association drawings and scale up. These are all of prototype rolling stock but are usually quite good. There have been a few freelance coach drawings in SMT, might be worth getting the association drawing CD. Haven't got this and keep meaning to buy it if it is still available so don't know how good it is or what is on it, but worth a try

Be careful with the 7mm drawings if you are modelling the prototype has they are not to scale. Photocopied drawings over a number of times. If you want a simple four wheeler to build try a Quarrymens coach of the FR and try and get a copy of Industrial narrow gauge review. Go on their website and look through their index.
