Using the weather to your advantage.

In the last 24 hours we havent had any snow here but it has been bitterly cold, its been so cold that the waterlogged ground has frozen solid which is allowing me to complete work I didnt expect to do till the spring.

Heres how cold it is, you can see the ice in this clod of dirt.






so Iv been repairing buildings and such




Iv also replaced the mamod track with tougher than mamod but still weak by my standards Peco track.






I did try running my clockwork tram on it but discovered a design flaw, because theres so little weight at the front its does a big wheelie as it goes around

lol we've been having problems at the railway I volunteer at with the ground freezing up.  I don't understand why people have to be asked to move out of range when I'm pick axing the ground, standing less than a foot away is not so smart  :lol:
