Here I am going to post stories off my garden railway, but if it was real. Hope you enjoy and will continue until i run out off ideas
22nd August 1983

The sun was shining, the world standing quite. I went into the ticket office to be greeted by a cheery man. I purchased my ticket, a return to Parkwood. I steped onto the platform then, not a soul in sight. I then saw a locomotive in the distance, a diesel. It growled along until it stoped in the platform with two splendid coaches. I decided to inspect the locomotive further, which looked newly painted, the sun gleeming off it. The loco also turned out to be No.4 'Feanor', a rare loco on passenger trains.

I then decided to board the train, in a corris style coach. No sooner had I board the guard blew his whistle, the loco responding with his horn, and we were off.
In no time at all we passed a junction, I'll have to investigate that laatter i thought.
So we carried on slowly until we arrived at Hermit Hole station. A few people boarded so the wait was short, and we set off yet again. On the way to the next station we passed both the engine sheds and thorugh a tunnel. We passed Wood Bridge station to, as no one requested to stop. A short while latter we arrived at the end of the line, Parkwood. Here everyone left the train, so did the loco

Thanks for the comments, I'll keep it coming, and din't think of the chronicles name.
The truth is all this is the result of havving a supply teahcer in english
And what happens next well that would be telling...............

some more..................

As I had a short wait I decided to have a look around . I noticed a small goods shed in the corner of my eye, with some people unloading crates inside. I went over for a chat and found out the next train was steam hauled.
Also in the goods shed was a small battery loco, which I learnt waas No.12 'George' from th Abbey Light Railway.
