A full 2 months after the due date, the first of the IOM pairs coaches have landed ready to be distributed, these are the all 3rds and the guard/third composite. http://www.accucraft.uk.com/news/item?id=38
The 1st/3rd composite was due in April/May time but as to when it will actually turn up

Two months late isn't a big deal... Bachmann stuff (in any scale/ gauge) is reguarly two years late

That's only because Bachmann announce things before they have done enough research, tooling and prototyping. Hence why Hornby releases seem to hit the market faster, as they are the opposite.

True, but I still think two months delay isn't a big issue really. That said, I don't particuarly want any so it wouldn't bother me anyway.

We took delivery of two guard and two all third IoM pairs coaches yesterday, guess who had the privilege of unpacking them today

Although they don't excite me (being an L&B man) they are very nice. What amazed me is the fact that, even though these coaches are over half a metre long, they will negotiate 2.5' radius curves.

Detailing is simple, but well executed, and as per the norm the paintwork is excellent.
