Great photos, and thanks for sharing them with us.
Looking at other members photos has persuaded me to look into joining the 16mm NGM, and I've been invited to a Garden Railway meet today for a chat, and asked to bring a loco as well. Unfortunately due to last minute contract work in the last 2 days I did not get the modifications to my IP Jane done in time so I've charged up my JD Models Hunslet to hopefully give it its first run on a Garden Railway - need to get the camera & video charged up now.

I gave my first IP enginneering 4 wheeler red ends at first, but I thought it was too many colours on such a small carriage. So I chose the 2 colour livery. As for a model of miteside halt, I think that is one eccentricity that should be left for the ratty! I know of someone who put one on their own line though
Love the first photo of Gwydion. A very nice piece of work and a definate contrast with your Caradoc (looking forward to see more photos post overhaul). Have you thought any more of names to give her? How about Efnisien?
'Oliver's no use at all, thinks he's very clever. Says that he can manage us, that's the best joke ever. When he orders us about, with the greatest folly. We just push him down the well. Pop goes old Olly!'
Gwydion's nephew if I remember rightly. A hot headed warrior. I was thinking of the spiiting problems you had with her before fitting the chuff pipe.

HI laalratty, just want to say a big thank you for a great afternoon on the Afonglas and Nant Llywyd Rly! Look forward to seeing some of your pics and i'm sure cecil and I will be posting some in due course.
After a great deal of worry about the gradients, I think they really make the line very interesting...and my mamod charged the bank no bother!

I am just putting the clips that I took into a short video, so I guess we will both have additions to make to youtube quite soon. I'd love to see the mamod round again sometime, along with another selection of ptlr stock, it was certainly the best selection of locos I've ever had at a steamup, you got the award for the first mamod (well that hadn't been converted into a tram!)
Thanks for coming
