I'm sure BLW are already planning on a 'Sherlock' to go with it but who knows what that'd be? Dan Quine, the author of the Hendre book, suggested a Manning Wardle if the tramway had ever gone for steam power and it looked somewhat like a quarry Hunslet

Boot Lane Works 'Watson'
This is the latest BLW product released at the Yorkshire Garden Railway Show, which has finally returned back to the Elsecar Heritage Centre. This is obviously based upon the Hendre Ddu Tramway's converted Willys-Overland 1913 Lorry, so will fit nicely with anyone who has Corris A-Frame slab waggons as the HDT had some of their own built to their gauge of 1ft 11".

That's a lovely little lorry. Any chance of a 45mm version I wonder?

Maybe but the lorry is quite thin as it is on 32mm
