Where can I buy in England the latest 7/8thsLivesteam-Locomotives of Wilson Locomotives Works-Australia (Hunslet Jack, or Warwil Class Sand Hutton) ?

I'm not sure that they have UK distributors, but you could try asking them direct. They do a have website with contact details and also a facebook page.

You may have difficulty, even if you find one from the UK, in getting it sent to Austria?

The GPSR have made it very difficult for small businesses to trade with the EU, at present.

It might be easier to order directly from Wilson's in Australia. Don't forget that whatever price you pay, you will need to add your local VAT % when it arrives in Austria.
