Seibaiant Hill Railway Website Revision

I've just finsihed a revision for 2008 of the Seibiant Hill Railway website, 'The Railway & History' page still lacks a decent text piece, and the whole website still needs a spell check, but hopfully I'll get round to doing that later this month.
