steam in Thailand

Hi all

I'm living in Thailand and want to put a 5" or 71/4" railway together. Gotta be live steam, too. Problem is, as far as I can make out there's no one else here doing the same. Internet search has turned up nothing at all. If anyone knows of someone steaming in either 5 or 7 1/4 inch here, I'd be very grateful indeed for a contact (phone number or email).
