I need to find a firm where I can get Name & Number plates from. Don't say Alan Briggs. I've tried the site & the site tried to infect my computer with viruses. Also, Alan Briggs doesn't supply the kind I want. Please help me. If you don't, I'll get on my knees & beg

The only drawback is the wait but of course they do have to get enough orders to justify going for etching but the designs look good.
I'll let you know about the finished product when I get mine (due January)

Mine are for my scratch built loco called 'Pete' which has proved to be much more usable than my first loco (Meldrew) but has proved also to be very unreliable but that issue's being addressed as we speak

Do you have any photos? What's caused the unreliability?

No photos. Unreliable because the glue that kept the motor in had perished & it caused the gears to slip on a very slight gradient. Anyway, a better motor is being fitted. I'm working on a video that shows the engine breaking down at an open day & it had to be rescued twice
. At least the engine has a reverse & can go over level crossings & points

I went for the non painted and have just put the red background on mine. Once it's dry and cleaned off I'll take a photo.
