Sept 2025 Gallery- Enter here 7 DAYS LEFT
Because we were inaccessible or offline for several weeks, I've decided to extend the entry deadline,
from 1st September until MIDNIGHT UK TIME on 10th SEPTEMBER
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've had excellent suggestions from both Peter and Phil ( Lonsdaler ) and I've exercised my "Editors discretion" and decided to go with Lonsdaler's suggestion:
"Garden railway nuisances - Anything that gets in the way of a running session."
So, pigeon's, cats, dogs, bricks, sticks, worms, burned out transmitters, exploded boilers, thrown running gear...anything goes (I think!). So come on, surely everyone has something that fits this theme!
Rules as always, but I'll remind you all again about the size limits: 800 x 600 pixels, but as long as the width is 800 I'll be flexible about variations to the 600, up or down.
Closing date for entries will be midnight UK time on 1st September.

NICE DISTRACTIONS
I’ve had to download an app to control photo pixel size. I’m hoping this is 800 x 800 or at least acceptable. If it appears on the forum and I don’t get shouted at I will repeat for future competitions. If not I will try again.
Thanks
Fingers crossed

Its not Ghan re-enactment...
Unfortunately due to the dry weather there hasn't been much grass growth lately which means our local roos have began to roam down into suburbia. We had noted one laying in the garden bed in the back yard sleeping and we'd seen them grazing up and down my street which I've never seen before!
As a precaution I've been disassembling my bridges after each run but the other night after a particularly late run I didnt bother. She didnt quite clear the jump this time! The culprit

Some great entries here. As I'm disbarred I can't contribute, but great to see entries from some who don't normally participate.
Should we have two votes? One for best picture and another for best caption?
