I originally covered this in a topic ( http://gardenrails.myfreeforum.org/about400.html ) and have just restored the missing images there.

I have now scanned the IP Engineering & Dream Steam instructions, and together with 2 recent photos of a Dream Steam lubricator that I've fitted to a New Mamod Locomotive Mark 1, I've included these in another PDF file for you to download.

I recently found some more information on-line on the dead leg lubricator which comes from the original designer, Mike Chaney.
