Well, design process has started on my MOTY 2012 entry. The fact that this is in the rolling stock thread gives a little away but any guesses?? (Those who I have told, hush!)
I might also add a little cryptic clue - It's to do with the local quarries....

If it wasn't waggons, then I would have suggested another barmey idea similar to your brakes, like working steam heating or something in carriages

I'm in a privileged position - I KNOW what he's doing and some of you are fairly close to what's intended!
Of course, I won't TELL you - that's up to Zach!

Right then, to put you out of your misery here's a photo of the card prototype I made today.
Unfortunately the photo shrunk and went all fuzzy in the wash so you'll have to keep guessing...

Spoil Sport!
Sigh, fine. Here's a better pic of the detail on the bar.
The inside, this is all a mock up, there will be alot more planking and detail in the ply wood...

And the outside...

The LASER cut parts are roughly assembled. The Olive green bits are painted pria to varnishing

The Urinal may end up being a bucket...
The detail behind the bar includes shelves for assorted glasses and a sink and a cabinet.

Infront of the bar

4 layers in the walls...

Oh NO! Rene has found the bar...
