Peco Point Springs

Post by mhlr » Mon Jul 05, 2010 3:13 pm

Does anyone know where the best place to get hold of the little V-shaped springs for Peco turnouts, is? I discovered earlier when out doing maintainence jobs that I have lost about 5 or so from some of my points, and can't find them on the ground anywhere!

Cheers.

Write to the Peco Technical Advice Bureau and enclose a stamped, addressed envelope. They will if my experience is typical, which I believe it is, send you a small pack, free of charge. (I wrote something like "Please can you tell me how much it would cost for ..." but back came a supply of springs and a "With Compliments" slip.)

Contact details for Peco are here.

Yes, Peco are very good like that.

They will also send you paper templates of points, curves etc. if you are planning a railway.
