5 inch gauge PDA bogie tanker waggon

This bogie tank waggon was made some years ago by a training establishment. It is a British railways PDA powder cement wagon of 100 tonnes. The wheel gauge when I got it was a very unusual 150mm (6 inches). To make it useful I have re-gauged it to 5 inch gauge using the original materials. Looking at the tanker its more near 7.25 inch gauge dimensions, however a 5 inch gauge narrow gauge is about right. The chassis construction is monocock with the tank being an integral chassis member. The tank is steel as is the chassis and looks like the real thing however the tank ends are turned wood, the bottom of the tank has dummy pipework. The bogie frames are 10mm steel, and would easily convert to 7.25 inch gauge. Dimensions are tank, 42 x 11. Overall length of tank wagon 60 inches long, width of chassis 9 inches, height over rail 17.5 inches. Without the bogies I can easily lift the main body and the bogies are very easily removed and fitted as the bogie centre pivot points are outside the tank ends. It would easily hold a child's weight if a tank top seat was fitted, but would need structural extra support on the tank inside and bogie cross members and springing for adult weight.

Its price is £350 in its present condition however I can be commissioned to re-gauge to 7.25 inch gauge for another £350.

Now for the difficult bit I live in the north of Scotland (AB38) so postage is out of the question, you would need to arrange transport.
