Tricky one this as our personal views can alter over time, but I took this picture today, in the rain, (as can be seen by the spots on the lens), but I still think it shows my railway as I would like to remember it...

Old 2015 photo of Bramley Bank station.
Much has changed since the date of this photograph but it is one of my favourite historic shots.

Hi Peter, I understand but, as you will know, there is usually a small rush closer to the closing date.

The ‘matelots’ attempting to sail the boat are bashed 1/20 scale pit stop crew from a model car range. After all these years I still haven’t got round to adding branch badges to their No. 8 uniforms.

How is the format of this one?
I don't have my own line, so consider the BGRA to be my present railway. - Is this stretching the brief too far?

Phil, Rule 4 says:
"4) The photographs submitted must be taken by the entrant themselves, and either of their own models, or of visitors to their railway, or their own stock when visiting another line."
If it meets those criteria then it's fine, otherwise....!

Well, I tought I might have a go.
First up is an el cheapo Bachmann 4-6-0. I think this cost eighty quid or so back then and were slated quite heavily by the "elite" amongst us. However, this was a Mk5 Anniversary version, it ran perfectly all the time I had it (five years plus). Here it is on my old railway in 2009.
Yank relaxing.
Second is a photo from a few months ago, showing my two heavily modified IP Engineering 0-4-0 shunters. The middle shunter is an Essel Engineering chassis with a 3D printed body atop it. This part of the railway is in a shed and is part of industry yard. Its not finished of course, but then they never are.

From May 2017. We opened the garden for the Village Open Gardens day. The garden has never been as tidy since!

The last train (again), shortly before the line closed and the track lifted. Start relaying it in the new year, I hope.
[Edit] I've replaced the originally posted image with this cropped version, with the loco a bit bigger and not so many weeds
