Well, I gave the camera truck an outing today (as per the post in the Video section). With many lines, one of my fellow conspirators brings along a higher tech version but today that stayed in its shed so I ran mine. Below is the train, just before the camera was put in place and I tried for my version of 'The General'!

I've been splitting my time between PW work outside while the temperatures are still high enough for mortar and concrete to set properly and trying to get some other fairly urgent garden 'stuff' done. Some progress has been made on the fish van and repairs to the aerotram. A useful chat was had at the Exeter show re installing some RC, so I will give that a try next month.

And Rik? The workshop's large enough (at least for now) but I could do with a bigger desk! ;)

We have even been known to have some of 'that cold white stuff'! ;)

More of a report for the 'First Great Project' thread but I've been doing some more PW work recently in between other (domestic) ****** ( ). It's 12 degrees out atm, not bad for a night time temperature in these parts. And it does give me chance to get some blockwork and slabs down and secure. Before winter sets in...

Did you find the video? I know it's old tech (and shows) but I do like the angle. It gives me some ideas and inspiration for the day when I lash out and upgrade the camera. I'll have to have a practice with Russell's owner and maybe do some splicing of other footage to come up with something a bit different. ((Ed.) He means crackers...).
