Hi Simon.
Rumour has it that the Garrets big Brother will be visiting soon. Hopefully you might be around to see it run .

Thanks Chris
It is truly a thing of beauty - both in the prototype and the quality of the modelling

It has been very wet today, the heaven's opened just as the new workshop was about to be delivered. The lads who assembled it said it was just another day in paradise. I watched from indoors !

The shed wasn't the only thing I painted. I had a loco project to paint .A friend helped out with the rewiring of a quirky model which dates back some years. It is of brass and steel construction. And quite heavy for its size.

Not sure what the original power cells were. But one had leaked out .

The model has a working fan and is now powered by 10 aaa batteries. And now sports a paint job . I think it may have been a tin turtle project .images show progress so far

I think you're right 0 looks quite a lot like the other, open Simplex designs too though.

It's very nicely done - I love the radiator fan! Your paint job suits it too...

Looking very nice there! Is it over 10cm wide, as around 104-108 should be roughly the width. If not then it could always be one built after the war for an industrial line :)
