just noticed something very strage on the ip website

you can just see the wheels through the gaps and it looks like the body has just been thrown on a loose chassis because the wheels dont line up as they should with the axle boxes

Doesnt have to be perfect.
the body is the main thing.
Probably the chassis just hasnt been fixed to the body, and is not straight

I think it's the wire from (perhaps) a battery box in the "engine compartment" to the switch??

its clearly just been dropped on a loose chassis
