I've literally JUST completed all the parts for this COMPLETE kit.

Very nice, I always like to see models of 15 inch gauge prototypes. I assume its scaled to look right for 16mm rather then 1/12th scale which would be accurate for 15 inch gauge running on 32mm gauge.

Yes, scaled for 16mm (32mm) gauge, although it will look fine on 45mm.
