The Great GRFPC Autumn 2014 entries

Post by Dr. Bond of the DVLR » Fri Aug 01, 2014 11:17 pm

Just heard from robelego what the Autumn theme is and I am rather interested to see what you lot come up with!
The theme is:
"Tren de los Muertos" or in English "Train of the Dead"

The competition will end on November the 2nd to coincide with the Mexican "Day of the dead" and Halloween and all souls day and all saints day.

3 and a bit months then to get thinking, get creative and get snapping!

Good luck.

Nice photos so far. Keep em comming.
I'm not allowed to participate, and this is not even my photo.
Just posting a photo I found at Wikipedia.
It is a sculpture made for Dia de los Muertos at the Museo de Arte Popular in Mexico City.

Strange happenings at Beaver Creek

Post by beavercreek » Sat Nov 01, 2014 10:40 am

There's a rumpus kicking off at the 'Road Kill Diner', now called Dante's Inferno...
Don't think that the local police guys will be able to contain the situation.....

Nice ending! Apologies for not offering a picture. A ghost train was mentally planned but moving elderly parents took priority.
