My local chemist has a Real Film Developing Machine which coped with some disposable camera film not so long ago...................

Should have added that it might be worth trying a local camera club as they may have a few members that are into old stuff.
Be wary of trying high street type operations as they probably only know about 35mm film and if they try and extract the film from your brownie they could mess it up totally.
