Any good 3 views

I need to build an electric loco for my railway, probably going to be based on a small shunter. I fancy building from scratch rather than buying a kit or ready built. Anybody know of any good 3 view drawings or CAD plans available on the net. I suppose I could draw it freelance style based on some photos but a 3 view drawing would be a nice start.

Would this by any chance be a model of an electric powered prototype that you intend building, or simply an electrically powered model of a steam/diesel/petrol powered prototype, narrow gauge/ broad gauge/ shunter? That's a very broad church so some further information to narrow the field might be helpful.

If its for example 16mm drawings of UK narrow gauge steam prototypes you are spoilt for choice
