I got my free wagon (i can't believe it - membership paid for itself there!!) on saturday and it is totally finished today, just need to add the acrylic dead flat varnish to seal the paint. Beautiful kit to construct ad very quck as well. Painted it brown so that it will fit in with the FR Guards Van (from IP that i bought at Llanfair show as well as some bug boxes) picces wll come soon
Thanks,
Paul Wood

I've just got mine today, and i'm surprised how big it is.
Did anyone have to enlarge the holes for the screws for the axleboxes?

No because they are pilot holes and don't need enlarging, only designed for marking the position

I just simply screwed the screws in when the axleboxes or wheels weren't in place (it's alot easier then),took the screws out and then put the wheels and axleboxes in place and then put the screws back in again.

I started building my wagon today. It's now 3/4 finished. Just need to put on the remaining metal bits, paint it, and add the initals of my railway.

They are a kind of mix between the gs6 and gs15
They have the width of the gs6, and height of the gs15.
I think they make great wagons, the perfect height and width.
I got 3 gs15's expecting them to be the same width, but they wernt, which lead me to sell them.
