No it is completely scratch built.
Here is another early example of Mikes work, based on Merlin components. The loco is a genuine compound. The rear cylinders are the high pressure & the front are the larger low pressure.

I've always liked Yvette since seeing her picture as the centre-spread in Peter Dobson's book, plus I have a weakness for Mallets and compounds generally.
