My Sl1 has a new uprated saftey valve to be fitted but i can get the whistle of to put it in its place as the whistle bar goes through the cab which stops the turning of thw whistle.
Help please

the actual whistle is the bit that unscrews, not the bar. get a small spanner and undo the whistle bit, then the bar will just slide out from the cab.

It might be a bit scaled up, but should undo ok with a spanner. I use a mini adjustable bought from ebay. Just be a bit careful not to use too much force.
