Circlip sizes for Mamod / Merlin

Post by RSB » Thu May 31, 2012 10:11 pm

Hi

Could anyone tell me the size of the circlip used to hold on mamod coupling rods? I need a few, and have discovered the my Merlin Little Wonder also share the same size.

Thanks in advance.

They are now refered to as E-Clips and are 1/8" / 3.175mm.

Plenty of 3mm E-Clips available on evilbay - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3MM-NITRO-BOD ... 3f0444d0dd

At least here in the US of Eh, most hardware stores will have them too, often three or more in a baggie....

Excellent, thanks for the reply, a lot less cheaper than buying them from the "specialists"!
