Cheddar coach fittings info, please?

Hi - I have only just got into live steam locos since Christmas, and have managed to get hold of 4 Cheddar steel carriages - two Maroon, and two brown.

They have had a bit of a hard life, and are missing various fittings, eg door handles - handrails - roof vents.

Does anyone happen to know if these bits are still available anywhere - or would they have been produced "in house"?

Door handles and roof vents can be sourced from Brandbright - look under "Accessories" / "Coach sides" for handles and "Coach roof" for vents. You may have to replace them all to get a uniform look. The coaches themselves have not been available for some time and I'd doubt you'd get parts from the NEW Cheddar Models. Others. however, may know better...............

P'boro is too far away from me in Somerset - not as youthful nowadays!!

Going to the Shepton Mallett show instead - but I guess all the traders will be at t'other place, knowing my luck!!!
