I saw some of the specials pulled by A4's come through Durham.

It was the big event Matt, 'The Great Reunion' at the NRM.

Murray, they are planning on doing it next year ;)

Rumour has it they will go to Aberdeen next time
Several attempts have been made to run steam to Aberdeen in recent years, including one with 3 A4s, but due to severe speed restrictions on the main line beyond Dundee (mainly around the Montrose basin area I believe) it will probably never happen again.

This is the reason that this year's 'North Briton' only got as far as Dundee.
