Does anyone know what the gauge of the track is for the playmobile R/c train?

45mm, the same as their former trackpowered (LGB) sets

Sold the Playmo RC-diesel as the transmitter was not powerfull enough (even with fresh batt) for my small garden.

that's a pity I was thinking of using one as the basis of a sm32 loco.

couldnt you convert one from 45 to 32???? like just use the rc stuff? and the body if its nice but it will be very narrow gauge

That depends on if I win it from the bay of e but if I get it then a regauge would be the next thing.
