IP ENgineering brilliant service again!

Post by Johnnie2sheds » Fri Oct 07, 2011 9:39 am

Just another public "thank you" to IP engineering. One of the locomotive kits I am building had a small but vital part missing. Apart from the fact I didnt buy the kit from them and it is 2-3 years out of production, the part arrived this morning Free Of Charge. Absolutely brilliant service, can't recommend them highly enough!

Ivan's had an undeserved bad press on the past because people don't understand him and his attitude 9particularly to the Association) but I've always got on well with him and he's been more than helpful to me in the past.
