Pre-NWAG Steam Up

Post by bungle80a » Sun Jun 15, 2008 12:51 am

Back in December 06, a few of our local 16millers got together for a Steam up, and for the first hour it hammered it down. Didnt stop Cecil going out and running a train tho! He's Hardcore! I believe it was at this meeting that the North West Area Group was sort of Officially formed. But what has this got to do with anything I hear you cry...

..well the other night I was conducting a virus scan, and my screensaver kicked in. I've got it set to play a slide show of all piccies in the My Pictures folder. Amongst them were some piccies from this steam up that I had forgotten I had taken, so I have decided to share some of them here with you. Included amongst them are locos belonging to at least 4 of this forums members, possibly another 1 or 2, i'm not sure!

Enjoy!

I think so! Its definitely YDG, but couldnt tell you who the coaches belong to, but as the comment above and the piccies prove, SLRmidge was there. Were they yours SLRmidge?

I personally prefer...

" I am Matthew Pye, the MAMOD DESTROYER!"

Once again Matthew, I am only joking. Please dont take me too seriously. As cecil has pointed out elsewhere, I do tend to get a little silly from time to time! And yes I know where the steam up was, but didnt say due to anonimity of the line host! And yes it was November, I just had my pics from Nov and Dec in the same folder, called 'December' funnily enough!
