Ip engineering WHR goods vans

Post by taliesin001 » Wed Jun 29, 2011 7:46 pm

I bought one each of these at stoneleigh and have nearly completed one with the other not far behind. The picture below shows the first one with couplings still to make and fit. The plan is to get the other one finished along with a jurassic open wagon done ready for a trip to the isle of wight.

It is a humbrol paint, I will get the number tomorrow if you like although it was gloss and took a satin black over the top to dull it down. I would have liked jurassics version however they had run out by the time I came to buying! Will be ordering a jurassic guards van however.

Yeah that would be great thanks, looks a bit like Humbrol 29 to me. Well now I've got the Jurassic Guards Van, and the Goods Van on its way I'll stick with that range now  I might order 2 of the Coal Wagons next .... Oh and the paint to paint them all!! :D
Cheers Tom
