I have room for one of those....although not the money at the moment...
But very nice.
Tommy Dodd may have an ARS key but I have a TASS button & a Rope Ladder, just like pirates, except the TASS button bit.

AH!!! I want one of those! :P Been looking for a pumping house, but I'd prefer a nice heavy concrete one.
