A little boat

Post by Dr. Bond of the DVLR » Sat Mar 27, 2010 9:31 pm

I found a little boat in a souvenir shop in aldebourgh. It is a rowing boat for small scale fishing and will be put on the beach at aldebough once the railway is rebuilt. It is resin mold hull so will be able to float on the "sea" should I ever feel the need to have a 16mm scale fisherman out at sea! It only cost 4.50, I could never make on like it with the LASER cutter and dont have enough time so bargain!

Looks like a right bargain to me! and goes well with a 16mm figure.

very nice, I have a good wooden one similar to this that came from a car boot sale. You could have a go at making a Ffestiniog Railway boat :D

I have a courtyard garden, there is very little wind... Also there is little wind in general in Suffolk so a rail sail probably wouldn't have existed. Nice idea though!
