A bit of a belated response, I know, but there are two in mainland Britain, this one...

...which at four feet nothing is at the wide end of the narrow gauge spectrum but still counts, and this one...

...which is a far more interesting 2' gauge, uses vintage locomotives (from 1917) and even has a limited freight service (a lone tank wagon to move fuel oil out to the pierhead for the ferry).
