How well does it take sharp curves?

does it slow down at all?

Think Pete is the guy to answer this one, though I have driven one and it didn't appear to slow down for curves at all. Indeed it was great to drive and I want one, the ANLR has no money to spend on locos this year (apparantly there are other things you are supposed to spend your student loan on :( )
"What the hell is that?"
"It's a model icebreaker sir."
"It's a bit big isn't it?"
"It's a full scale model sir....."

It seems to take my sharpest curves fine enough, I'm not sure what the tightest it will go round is, but the centre set is flangeless so should be fine on your LGB curves. It will slow down slightly but not too much I imagine, and I bet it would be the most powerful engine you've ever had!
