A possible scratch build project?

Well whilst I was down at Launceston having a ride behind the Darj, I took a picture this time of their rail inspection trolley 'The Dilly'...

It's built on an old Baguley Alton Towers coach, and has a Kubota diesel engine, that also provides mains power for welding work etc...

I'm sure this would be an easy scratch build project for someone, I may have a go one day ;) (as I say about a lot of stuff I never get around to building).
