Does anyone have one of these?
If so, could you post photo(s) of the underside, and give me an idea of the space available for batteries etc.
Many thanks,

Can't help with the IP one ( I didn't actually realise they did one) but there are pictures of my 3d printed one on the thread I did at the time.

Thanks for that..
I have had a query about fitting RC, and the customer is talking about swapping the motor, and using a PP3 battery..
I am wondering if a 3-cell AAA holder will fit, in place of the 2-cell?

Re: IP Engineering Wickham trolley
You could use 2 x 14500 li-ion batteries, I know it's only 7.2v (8.4v charged) but it would be the same dimensions as the standard 2 x AA's, you could even use the same battery holder.
The buck stops here .......

Re: IP Engineering Wickham trolley
I won't be fitting it, and I don't condone Lithium cells in holders. - Properly tagged/welded packs please.
I am guessing the customer already has NiMH batteries, and charger.
I always try to suggest a solution that works with what the customer already knows and loves..
Case in point:
I have a LGB loco (converted to batteries) with manual speed control. The 'charger' that came with it, is a 30V 3.15A laptop power supply!
I am hoping it is a case of the wrong item was put in the box with the loco, but I am drifting my own thread, here..
