26:25 shows that even on such a huge railway, the "out of scale hand from the sky" is needed.

How many fillings would an unmodified Mamod need to get round there once?

Mamods being so fast, it might just get all the way around on one fill up without a load. At least it might get this far, I don't know if that was even a full trip around the line!
