Looks great Tony! My own railway barely has room for one gauge, let alone two, but this definitely gives me some ideas. I really appreciate the step by step process since I'm hoping to build a set of points at some point.
I spotted your name in a book this week as well, which was pretty neat!

Hi Rik,
The gauge problem has been corrected, it was mostly caused by having to fit the point to the track bed at arms length and not being able to look directly down on it. A few minutes with a file and it was fixed.

That's good to hear. From the video, I thought the gauge for the 32mm track had widened and the wheels were dropping into the gap, but looking again I see they were rising which was, from what you say, a lot easier to cure.

I really appreciate the step by step process since I'm hoping to build a set of points at some point.
If you decide to make some points this might help. I do make more conventional points as well, but this style of point is simpler to make and very tolerant of the different types of wheels that might run over it.
