Ay, a very good job. I must say I like tramway-style track - not something we see very often in 16mm scale

Coath is seen picking construction workers up from their provided accomidation (a rotten old grounded coach)
Image

and takes them up the still under construction (since last summer) extension.
Image

passes the yet-to-be built Jacklow station
Image

and to the site of the recently completed turn-around loop.
Image

:serious mode: Last night I found a loop of LGB R1 track under my bed that Id forgotten about and this morning finially completed the track work on the extension, just need to build the station now.

Im starting to think Iv got a little to much free time on my hands!
:-|

Image

Its made from a piece of shelf board and Iv shaped it using my scroll saw.
Image

Image

heres how it works.

Tram comes down off the mainline...
Image

reaches the point and goes left...
Image

which takes it round the back of the station...
Image

it goes past the station and pushes through the points...
Image

and heads back up to the mainline. :D
Image

Im already looking into installing a run round junction at the mainstation so I can operate a back-and-4TH service without getting up ad running around (I just have to sit at the station)

Nice one, the grounded coach looks great as a station building
"What the hell is that?"
"It's a model icebreaker sir."
"It's a bit big isn't it?"
"It's a full scale model sir....."
