Prehaps we could have this thread as a place to just list what you got done on the railway today, could be anything from balast to painting benches to building a loco! No need for pictures just list what you've done today!

I'll start! I solved my potentiometer control problem and continued to construct a locolines tiny for a friend! I also planned out the next stage of my millie conversion!

Layed down ballast in the areas that needed redoing, and stuck the benches that I was painting down to the platforms!
I also soldered a T bar through the blow down screw on my Bertie to stop burnt fingers!

I did a bit of weeding, some chopping back of vegetation and a bit of tidying. Then I steamed my Caradoc up. Also did a lot of thinking, it's about time I built another carriage!

Yesterday I was doing the pipework on a SR&RL No. 24, and this will continue later today. This morning I have sorted out the safety valve on a Finescale Quarry Hunslet that lifted at 50psi but did not seat again until it had got down to 10psi.

On Wednesday I was making plastic slate waggons go rusty:

Nice one, we need a few more guards as dad still keeps on getting phone calls from the controller asking for help, he was there yesterday. I prefer doing permanat way work however
