I was just reading th customer reviews for the Amazon Eono resin which is recommended by Gareth in another thread, when I came across this review which said,

"resin is strong and cures well. I tend to use this resin to smooth my fdm prints. With a thickening agent like baby powder, its great for filling in print lines. like a filler that takes seconds to dry."

I haven't tried it but it sounds interesting
